Your Habits and Your Goals

At Hardpressed you get trained for 30 minutes per session. During those 30 minutes we focus on Strength and Conditioning. This leaves 1,410 minutes remaining in your day.

You have control of that, we don’t.

Take a moment and reflect: Are your activities and behaviors throughout the day aligned with your goals? If your goals are strength and weight loss (and for some weight gain), take responsibility for your actions throughout the day.

Make sure YOUR HABITS MATCH YOUR GOALS IN EVERYTHING YOU DO!

If they don’t match up… then what ARE you doing?! Committing to a goal 100% is far easier than 99.9%. Whatever your goal, be ALL IN. If not, you’re wasting time, money, and effort. Whether it’s getting as Strong as possible, or taking 30-60 minutes per week to just take care of yourself, live in a manner that will ensure your success in the gym and in everything else you do.
